Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for Project Controllers and Project Planners to support complex defence engineering programmes and UK defence consultancy projects across the UK.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience creating, maintaining and analysing project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, with strong focus on schedule risks, baselines and performance forecasting. Some roles may require travel and on-site presence in Hertfordshire, Bristol or London.

Qualifications

• Genuine hands-on scheduling experience is essential.
• Primavera P6 is particularly desirable; MS Project also accepted.
• Experience with Schedule Risk Analysis, EVM, cost forecasting or WBS is useful.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and validate project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Manage schedule logic, milestones, dependencies and baselines.
• Analyse critical paths, progress, delays and schedule risks.
• Support change control, performance reporting and project forecasting.
• Work with engineering, delivery and commercial teams to address performance issues.
