Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions in Bristol is seeking Project Controllers and Project Planners to work on permanent defence engineering programmes. These hands-on roles focus on creating and maintaining project schedules with Primavera P6 or MS Project, in a hybrid setup with 2-3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building or maintaining project schedules in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Familiar with baselines, progress updates, schedule logic and change control.
• Background in defence, aerospace or complex technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and validate project schedules, milestones and baselines.
• Assess progress, variance, critical path and delays; report findings.
• Support schedule risk analysis, forecasting and performance reporting.
