Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for Project Controllers and Project Planners to support complex defence engineering programmes in Bristol. These are hands-on roles focusing on creating and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

The positions are permanent with hybrid working, typically 2-3 days per week onsite. Salary ranges from £45k to £50k, with potential to £52k for exceptional candidates, and opportunities to work with engineering, delivery and

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building or maintaining project schedules.
• Proficiency with P6 or MS Project to create, update and analyse plans.
• Experience with baselines, progress updates, schedule logic and change control.
• Experience in defence, aerospace, engineering or complex technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and validate project schedules and baselines.
• Assess progress, schedule variance and critical paths.
• Support schedule risk analysis, reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Controls to implement corrective actions.
