Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions seeks a Defence Programme Planner to build and maintain integrated schedules across major defence initiatives in the UK. You will shape delivery planning in regulated environments with visibility, progression and ownership.

The role requires strong experience with Primavera P6, plus the ability to communicate planning insights to senior and technical audiences. Hybrid UK locations offered, with a car allowance and health cover.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning or project controls for defence programmes.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling tools.
• Experience in defence environments with the ability to communicate planning insights to senior/technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated schedules across major defence programmes.
• Analyse critical paths, progress and forecast positions for delivery decisions.
• Support programme planning across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Integrate schedule insight with cost and risk information.
