Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions seeks a skilled defence programme planner to shape how complex programmes are planned and controlled, building long-term credibility within regulated delivery environments. Hybrid working across the UK with travel to client sites is expected.

You will build integrated schedules, analyse critical paths, forecast positions and support planning across multiple workstreams, integrating schedule insights with cost and risk information.

Qualifications

• Must have defence programme planning experience within regulated environments.
• Proven scheduling and planning capability using Primavera P6 or similar.
• Clear communication of planning insights to senior and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated schedules across major defence programmes.
• Analyse critical paths, progress and forecast positions to inform delivery decisions.
• Support programme planning across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Integrate schedule insights with cost and risk information.
