Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned defence planning professional to shape complex programmes in regulated delivery environments. You will build and maintain integrated schedules across major defence programmes, driving credibility, visibility and ownership throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong planning and scheduling capability, practical use of Primavera P6 or equivalent tools, and a track record in defence.

Qualifications

• Experience in defence programme planning or controls.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools.
• Ability to communicate planning insights to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated schedules across major defence programmes.
• Analyse critical paths, progress and forecasts to inform delivery decisions.
• Support programme planning across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Integrate schedule information with cost and risk data.
