Job summary

Netcompany in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream programmes within the public sector. You will ensure delivery to scope, schedule, budget and quality, while building trusted client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the account.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large, complex programmes within the UK public sector.
• Strong governance, risk and dependency management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship experience.
• Commercial acumen with ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
• Active UK Security Clearance (SC) or DV clearance, or eligibility to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex, multi-workstream programmes to scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Establish governance, reporting, risk and dependency management for programmes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as primary contact.
• Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners and customers to drive outcomes.
• Identify commercial opportunities within existing accounts to support growth.
• Deliver large programmes with a proven track record in the UK public sector.
• Contribute to bids, proposals and business development activities.
