Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst with strong governance and data skills to support Defence and National Security commitments. You will lead workshops, model processes, and manage requirements across multiple streams for complex digital initiatives.

Travel to client sites and collaborate across Turner & Townsend teams are expected. The role requires excellent communication, experience in Agile environments, and the ability to translate technical needs for

Qualifications

Experience in consultancy and delivery within the National Security sector with appropriate clearances.

Responsibilities

Scoping and implementing best practice Business Analysis methodologies in a client environment to deliver value.
Documenting As-Is and To-Be processes with gap analysis.
Elicitation, capture and prioritisation of requirements across project lifecycles.
Backlog management and coherent requirements across workstreams.
Data capture and validation support for analysts.
Support modelling outputs and provide insights from analyses.
Assist clients in using model outputs for decision making.
Test systems and models against requirements.
Conduct assurance checks on implemented solutions.
Prepare project communications and formal progress reports.
Liaise with clients, contractors and designers.
