Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to support complex Defence projects and programmes. The role spans project management, programme coordination, delivery management, and business analysis across secure, regulated environments.

You will collaborate with Defence clients, delivery partners and multidisciplinary teams to translate business needs into practical plans, establish delivery controls and steer real outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change through project, programme, delivery, operational management or business analysis.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities, teams or workstreams with clear priorities.
• Digital and data literacy with ability to work with technical specialists.
• Experience eliciting and prioritising requirements and translating to delivery objectives.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, dependencies and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead or coordinate delivery across projects, programmes, workstreams or services, maintaining scope, outcomes and dependencies.
• Translate operational and business needs into practical delivery plans and outcomes.
• Establish delivery governance, plans, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and partners, remove blockers and maintain momentum.
• Capture, validate and prioritise business and user requirements with traceability.
• Support design and delivery of digital, data and reporting solutions with analysts, engineers and change professionals.
• Define measurable outcomes and benefits, and use evidence for decision-making.
• Plan adoption and business change activities to embed new capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior Defence stakeholders and communicate challenges and trade-offs clearly.
• Improve ways of working and drive continuous improvement in operational management.
• Provide collaborative leadership, coaching and enablement to team members.
