Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly capable Senior Business Analyst for a UK government security-cleared consultancy role in London. You will scope and implement BA methodologies, document as-is and to-be states, and elicit stakeholder requirements.

You will support data analysis, backlog management and reporting, liaising with clients, contractors and design teams. A strong background in Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, SharePoint and cloud data services is essential.

Qualifications

• Very high level UK government security clearance is required.
• Experience in consultancy and delivery within National Security sector with appropriate clearances is essential.
• Proficient in Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, SharePoint and cloud platform services.
• Experience working with Agile development teams.
• Strong data modelling, data quality and data lineage capabilities.
• Degree in analytic subject preferred but not required; extensive experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Scope and implement best practice Business Analysis methodologies in a client environment.
• Document As-Is state for processes, systems landscapes and user journeys.
• Identify To-Be state and document gap analyses.
• Elicit, capture and prioritise requirements across project lifecycle.
• Manage backlogs and ensure coherence of requirements across workstreams.
• Support data capture, validation and analytics; produce reports and commentary.
• Liaise with client, contractors and designers; support pitches and client comms.
