Rolls-Royce Defence Aerospace in Bristol is seeking a Programme Lead to support the delivery of infrastructure projects within the GCAP (ELC) programme. You will report to the Programme Manager in the Infrastructure team and manage budgets, schedules, risk and governance for MoD contracts.

The role requires experience with SAP, Oracle Primavera P6 or Primavera Cloud, and strong leadership across multi-disciplinary teams. UK security clearance is required or supported by Rolls-Royce.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a key work package for MoD infrastructure budgets and SAP flow to supply chain teams.
• Prepare internal/external cost reporting, including actuals vs budget.
• Develop and report financial and schedule metrics.
• Integrate Package Order changes into the Control Accounts and report deliverables.
• Lead the infrastructure integrated master schedule and identify critical path.
• Lead risk identification and management for the Capital Works contract.
• Support change management and reporting requirements.
