Job summary

NG Bailey Group is seeking a Defence Information Security Manager (DISM) to oversee day-to-day assurance across information, personnel, physical and protective security within the IT Services Defence Sector. You will ensure compliance with MOD, government, contractual, NG Bailey and ISO/IEC 27001 requirements while driving best practice and supporting secure Defence contracts.

Qualifications

Proven experience in protective, personnel, physical or information security in Defence/government environments.
Knowledge of BPSS and national security vetting processes.
Experience with ISO/IEC 27001 and its application to Defence contexts.
Ability to develop policies/procedures, plan audits and risk assessments.
Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day assurance across information, personnel, physical and protective security.
Conduct site audits and assessments; drive security improvements.
Provide security guidance for bids, mobilisations and new sites.
Run security training, briefings and awareness programmes.
Support incident management and reporting across the Defence Sector.
