Job summary

VIVO Defence Services seeks an HVAC Engineer to join a small on-site team at RAF Croughton. You will carry out planned and reactive HVAC maintenance, diagnose faults, and perform minor installations while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will work largely independently, with some collaboration as needed, and will engage with military personnel and DIO representatives to uphold high standards in a defence environment.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds in Air Conditioning or equivalent.
• F-Gas Category 1 and safe handling of refrigerants.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Eligible for Security Clearance.
• HVAC maintenance and repairs experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs, including minor installations/refurbishments.
• Work largely independently; liaise with Technical Services Manager as needed.
• Ensure tasks meet timescales and document work in RAMS and COSHH.
• Liaise with military personnel, DIO and supply chain partners.
