Job summary

Capita Fire and Rescue is recruiting a Firefighter to support the UK Ministry of Defence, helping keep military bases, personnel and critical operations safe.

This isn't a typical firefighting role; you'll work in a unique environment where prevention, protection and emergency response come together to support Defence capability.

You will respond to incidents, work with a professional emergency response team, and contribute to fire prevention across Defence sites.

• Responding to incidents and helping restore safety quickly and effectively
• Working closely with a professional emergency response team in a high-performing, safety-critical environment
• Carrying out fire prevention and protection activities to reduce risk across Defence sites
