Job summary

Capita Fire and Rescue in the UK supports Defence capabilities by protecting bases, personnel and critical operations. This is a specialist role blending prevention, protection and emergency response to help uphold Defence safety.

You’ll respond to incidents, work with a professional emergency team in a high-stakes environment, perform fire prevention activities across Defence sites, and contribute to targeted safety campaigns protecting people, equipment and infrastructure.

Job description

As a Firefighter with Capita Fire and Rescue, you'll play a vital role supporting the UK Ministry of Defence, helping to keep military bases, personnel and critical operations safe.

This isn't a typical firefighting role. You'll be working in a unique environment where prevention, protection and emergency response all come together to support Defence capability.

Your role will include:
