Responsibilities

• Develop clear business and user requirements, and agree on delivery objectives.
• Create testing and quality criteria, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Document and improve team processes for transparency.
• Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support the definition of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope.

Person Specification

Successful candidates will demonstrate skills in analyzing problems, researching business operations, eliciting user needs, and engaging stakeholders effectively. Experience in prioritization and MVP definition within policy constraints is essential.
