As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering a cutting-edge communication platform for the Ministry of Defence. Your work will facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across Defence. If you are passionate about improving information access and fostering collaboration, this is your opportunity to drive tangible change. You will define requirements, set quality standards, and deliver solutions that meet the diverse needs of MOD users.

Success in this role requires skills in analyzing problems and opportunities, researching business operations, and eliciting user and business needs. You should be experienced in stakeholder engagement across strategic, fast-paced environments, and capable of defining success and evaluating options within policy constraints.

Salary of £44,590 plus £12,917 pension contribution. Benefits include flexible working, inclusion and diversity culture, annual leave (starting at 25 days), public holidays, special leave for volunteering, parental leave, wellbeing support, travel facilities, and a competitive pension scheme.
