Job summary

David Leslie Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a civil engineering background to deliver Building Services & Infrastructure projects across the UK, including defence and secure environments.

You will coordinate civil works with M&E installations, manage programmes, budgets and teams, and report progress to Directors. A full driving licence and willingness to travel are required, with UK security clearance advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering civil engineering, infrastructure or construction projects.
• Understanding interfaces between civil works and M&E installations.
• Experience managing programmes, budgets, subcontractors and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan programmes, labour, subcontractors, materials and procurement.
• Coordinate civil works with M&E installations.
• Lead project teams and manage client/subcontractor relationships.
• Control budgets, monitor costs and manage variations.
• Oversee health and safety arrangements, RAMS, site inspections and quality.
• Report progress and resolve delivery issues.
