Job summary

Compass Group UK&I Defence is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week. You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly and deliver exceptional food experiences.

You'll lead teams, monitor KPIs, uphold Health & Safety standards, and act as the face of the brand across military sites. A minimum of two years' catering experience and Basic Food Hygiene certificate are required.

• Prepare delicious food to high standards
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain impeccable service
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
• Liaise between customers and teams to exceed expectations
• Train and support teams to excel in their roles
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams
