Job summary

Compass Group UK&I Defence division is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join a busy team on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week and 49.2 weeks per year. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, handling cash, and presenting food displays with care and compliance.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, supporting a friendly team and contributing to a positive customer experience across Defence sites. Prior catering/customer service experience is beneficial.

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Creating attractive food and counter displays
• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
