Job summary
Technical Futures Ltd. seeks a Business Development & Sales Manager in Defence technology to own the full sales lifecycle, building trusted relationships across Defence SMEs, military commands, government stakeholders and partners.
You will drive sales strategy and market development with hybrid working and a salary up to £90K plus benefits. The role includes private healthcare, a company bonus, a 10% pension, 25 days holiday and life assurance.

A Business Development Manager with proven success in Defence, Aerospace or adjacent technology sales, who can bring technical credibility and a strong understanding of the UK Defence ecosystem will own and drive the full sales lifecycle within a thriving Consultancy, building trusted relationships across Defence SME's, military commands, government stakeholders and specialist technology partners.
The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for Sales strategy and market development; opportunity creation and capture; proposal, negotiation and closure of sales as well as delivery handover and account growth.
