Job summary

Systematic Farnborough is seeking a Bid Coordinator to turn technical and commercial details into competitive price quotes and tenders. You will support pricing, licensing terms and compliance, tracking from quote to PO, and use AI tools to reduce manual effort.

The role requires a degree in sales, business or economics and 1–2 years’ experience, with excellent English communication. UK residence and BPSS checks are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, business, economics or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Author, quality-assure and issue price quotations and pricing letters in line with price lists and QA processes.
• Track bids from issue through to PO; support management on complex tenders.
• Apply AI tools to speed up and improve quotes and tenders; advise Sales on pricing models.
