Job summary

Contracts IT Recruitment Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Benefits Lead for a Defence Transformation programme, with flexible Bristol or London hybrid work and an urgent start on a six-month contract.

The role focuses on benefits strategy, realisation and reporting across major transformation, involving Defence/public sector environments, with engagement of senior stakeholders and strong analytical, financial modelling skills.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced Benefits Management professional with a strong track record across major transformation programmes, a keen eye for benefits strategy, realisation and reporting, ideally within Defence, Government, public sector or complex corporate environments.
• Experience in public sector and relevant clearances highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits management across major transformation programmes.
• Engage with and challenge senior stakeholders at SCS/2-star/3-star level.
• Analyse benefits, track realisation and reporting across initiatives.
• Coordinate with ERP/HCM transformation projects (Oracle Fusion or SAP).

Benefits Lead - Defence Transformation

Location: Bristol or London - Approx 1-2 days a month onsite
Duration: 6 months

This is a *Bristol/London* Hybrid based role with an excellent immediate start within a Public Sector organisation working on *transformation that delivers genuine value to Defence and the taxpayer*

Our client are currently seeking an experienced Benefits Lead required for a major transformation programme, helping Defence turn significant investment into measurable, lasting benefits.

Must be an experienced Benefits Management professional with a strong track record across major transformation programmes, a keen eye for benefits strategy, realisation and reporting, ideally within Defence, Government, public sector or complex corporate environments.

You’ll bring:

• Proven benefits management experience across major transformation programmes
• Experience within Defence, public sector or complex corporate environments
• Strong knowledge of MSP, HMT Green Book or equivalent benefits frameworks
• Experience of ERP/HCM transformation such as Oracle Fusion or SAP
• The confidence to engage and constructively challenge senior stakeholders at SCS/2-star/3-star level
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and benefits tracking skills

Experience in public sector and relevant clearances highly desirable
