Job summary

Clearline Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Defect, Risk & Configuration Manager for a 12-month contract at our Motherwell site. The role focuses on managing defect, risk and configuration processes for a global healthcare client, ensuring compliance with quality standards and governance.

You will support multidisciplinary engineering projects, develop KPIs and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive complex product development programmes on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum two years' experience in Defect Management, Technical Risk Management or Systems Engineering.
• Experience using SAP for configuration management.
• RETINA or similar ALM/tracking tools desirable.
• Excellent facilitation, organisational and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the defect lifecycle and defect management process
• Moderate defect and risk review boards
• Maintain defect, risk and configuration documentation
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and management reports
• Apply technical risk management processes across projects
• Create and maintain configuration baselines within SAP
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards

Role: Defect, Risk & Configuration Manager

Location: Motherwell, Scotland (Onsite)

Hours: Full-time

Pay: £13.39 - £14.95 per hour PAYE basic, plus holiday pay

Contract: 12 month contract

The Requirements
