Job summary

TeacherActive Limited. is seeking a dedicated teacher to work with secondary-aged pupils with EBD/SEMH and ALN, delivering engaging lessons in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will hold QTS (NQTs welcome), have experience with challenging behaviour, and demonstrate excellent classroom management while supporting individual learning needs. This full-time temporary role runs ASAP until Christmas in Caerphilly.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching secondary-aged pupils.
• Experience supporting pupils with EBD/SEMH and challenging behaviour.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• Resilient, patient and adaptable approach to teaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons to secondary-aged pupils.
• Maintain consistent behaviour management in class.
• Support pupils with individual learning needs and ALN/ALN-related requirements.
