Ward Security in London is seeking an experienced Dedicated Contract Support Officer to safeguard a prominent facility. You will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a professional environment, and support the client with information and access control.

The role requires an SIA license, strong communication, and IT aptitude. You will conduct area patrols, log daily reports, respond to incidents, and work across day, night and weekend shifts at E14 4QA.

Qualifications

• Valid Frontline SIA license.
• 1+ year experience as Corporate/Security Officer.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High level of personal presentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for staff, visitors and tenants.

• Investigate incidents and take appropriate action per policy.

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Dedicated Contract Support Officer to safeguard a prominent facility in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean and professional environment, and maintaining a high level of security. You will possess a robust background in the security sector, demonstrate proficiency in IT systems, excel in multitasking, and maintain a professional and polished demeanour alongside excellent personal presentation.
Excellent communication skills are essential. Within this role, you will carry out ID checks, respond to emergencies and provide information to all staff and visitors as and when necessary.

Role: Dedicated Contract Support Officer
Pay Rate: £15.72 per hour
Shift Pattern: Days, Night & Weekends
Location: E14 4QA, London.

Main Duties:

• Act as a point of contact and information center to staff and visitors and tenants
• Always conduct yourself in a professional manner
• Ensure all instructions, both written and verbal are adhered to
• Guard access points, permitting or refusing entry, restraining trespassers
• Conduct foot patrols within defined areas as an effective deterrent in the protection of the client’s property and assets.
• Investigate and take the appropriate lawfully action as authorized by the corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety and fire incidents
• Complete daily reports, including relevant information, observations, surveillance footage, and signatures
• Excellent communication skills to all levels – verbally, written, phone and by security radios
