We are recruiting for a driven and dynamic Decontamination Manager for Duchy Hospital in Truro.

The role:

As our Decontamination Manager, you will lead the delivery of the Decontamination service to Duchy Hospital in Cornwall. This is a fantastic opportunity for a progressive leader seeking the next step in their career. Join one of the key strategic Decontamination roles within Ramsay Health Care.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for the provision of our ISO 13485 standard decontamination service for reusable medical devices.
• Accountability for the operational performance of the decontamination service at Duchy.
• Working within a defined budget to ensure efficient service delivery while maintaining quality.
• Working as an Autonomous Practitioner across all areas.
• Demonstrating excellent Leadership skills to guide the team towards operational objectives.
• Supporting staff wellbeing and development through effective appraisals.

What you will bring with you:

• Extensive management experience within decontamination.
• Recognised decontamination qualification (NVQ/TVQ/Technical Certificate).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead a team.
