Mitsui Ocean Cruises seeks an Ordinary Seaman to join the deck team on a contract basis. You will maintain the vessel exterior, support preparation for port calls, and assist with loading and tender operations while obeying safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires STCW95 certification, experience on passenger ships, and ability to work in a dynamic maritime environment with long shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualificações

• STCW95 certification is mandatory for seafarers.
• Regulatory certifications as required by the vessel’s flag state.
• Proven exterior maintenance and repair knowledge.
• Proficiency with tender and rescue boats is required.
• Experience on board passenger ships in a similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain exterior of the vessel according to standards.
• Assist deck team in prep for arrival/departure and loading.
• Participate in safety drills and health and safety compliance.
• Support mooring, tendering and safety equipment operations.
• Keep lifeboats, liferafts and PPE in working order.
