Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of debt recovery and litigation matters
• Support Credit Control with legal proceedings and case strategy
• Handle FTT applications and proceedings
• Manage ADR processes and draft/review legal documentation
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and procedures
• Deliver excellent client service and maintain stakeholder relationships
