Job summary

Law Staff Limited is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its remote-friendly team. You will manage a varied civil litigation caseload, with emphasis on property disputes and debt recovery, while delivering excellent client service and maintaining strong billing performance.

The role offers fully remote working, flexible hours and a structured training and development programme as the firm continues to grow its national presence as a modern firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FILEX) with 4+ PQE.
• Strong experience in property litigation and debt recovery.
• Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
• Ability to manage a busy workload in a pressurised environment.
• No personal injury, medical negligence or contested probate matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters.
• Handle a significant volume of property disputes for investors and developers nationwide.
• Deal with debt recovery and collection matters.
• Advise clients across a wider range of civil litigation matters.
• Undertake light commercial litigation where required.
• Assist with potential professional negligence claims when advantageous.
• Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong billing performance.
• Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to department growth.
