Opportunity: Debt Recovery Lawyer

I am working with a respected regional law firm seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Lawyer to join its litigation team in Greater Manchester.

This role offers the chance to handle a diverse caseload of commercial and consumer debt recovery matters, working with clients ranging from SMEs to large national companies. Responsibilities include end-to-end case management, pre-litigation advice, court proceedings, and enforcement.

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal (minimum 5 years’ experience in debt recovery)
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes, enforcement options, and insolvency procedures
• Experience drafting legal correspondence and advising clients directly
• Opportunity to supervise junior staff and contribute to team development
• Hybrid working; based in Greater Manchester
• Long-term progression within a Legal 500-recognised team
