Job summary

SmartestEnergy Business Limited seeks a proactive credit control professional to manage end-to-end debt management, overdue collections, and payment arrangements while ensuring timely resolutions.

Within established procedures, you will monitor credit terms, trace customers/landlords, and collaborate with Technical and Business Development to support smart meter installations and recover outstanding monies.

Qualifications

• Proven collection skills and experience.
• Intermediate IT skills in MS Office.
• Highly numerate with attention to detail to ensure accuracy of records.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end credit control and debt management.
• Collect overdue debt and arrange payment plans.
• Monitor credit terms; trace customers and landlords and manage aged debt.
• Collaborate with Technical and Business Development to support issues and smart-meter installations.
