inspiring vet care is seeking a Finance & Debt Administrator for Hamilton Specialist Referrals, a full-time fixed-term role near High Wycombe. The job involves debt management, insurance claims processing, data reporting and front-desk support within a busy veterinary hospital.

You will join a team committed to care, continuous improvement and excellent client service, with a 40-hour Mon-Fri schedule and a competitive salary in the £28k–£30k range.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary admin or healthcare finance is beneficial.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for data handling.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Focus on administration and management of all debt processes.
• Liaising with clients and insurance companies.
• Tracking and reporting of data.
• Providing cover on the front desk as required.
• Answering phones and completing other admin tasks as required.
