inspiring vet care, near High Wycombe, is seeking a Finance & Debt Administrator on a full-time fixed-term basis to support the Hamilton Specialist Referrals team. The role combines debt management with insurance claim processing and data reporting in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

The successful candidate will have strong numerical skills, attention to detail and excellent communication across clients, insurers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in veterinary finance or debt management, with strong numerical and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with financial data is essential.
• Excellent communication with clients, insurers and internal teams is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer debt processes and manage invoices and collections.
• Liaise with clients and insurance companies to resolve claims.
• Track, analyse and report data on financial performance.
• Cover front desk duties and handle general admin tasks as needed.
