ScottishPower, based in the UK, is seeking an Agency Manager to lead the external Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs) and optimize cash recovery. The role covers allocation, performance monitoring, tender management with Procurement, and close collaboration with Legal, Complaints and Data Protection to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Experience with debt collection systems, processes and policies.
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to analyse complex performance data.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end debt collection processes and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and optimise external Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs) to maximise cash recovery.
• Allocate accounts to DCAs based on performance to maximise collections and warrants.
• Monitor DCA performance and drive improvements.
• Manage tender process with Procurement for cost‑effective contracts and strong strategies.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Complaints and Data Protection to meet contractual/regulatory requirements.
• Represent ScottishPower to strengthen collection and trace outcomes while protecting brand.
