Our client is looking for a Debt Assist Client Manager to take ownership of some of their key client relationships across both local government and private sector markets.

About the Role

As a Debt Assist Client Manager, you'll be the key link between clients and delivery teams, ensuring that every stage of the client journey - from onboarding through to wrap-up is seamless, efficient, and delivers measurable value. Your focus will be on maximising client satisfaction, identifying new opportunities, and supporting growth through repeat business and upselling.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end client relationships across multiple accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, drive repeat business and upselling.
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, tracking performance and revenue against forecasts.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation activities for new Debt Assist clients.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to deliver results aligned with agreed business cases.
  • Proactively identify service improvements and relay client feedback to the business.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to prepare for go-live and generate compelling case studies.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through account growth and trusted relationships.

What We’re Looking For

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills – able to manage multiple priorities.
  • A self-starter with a positive, professional approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and act on growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Experience in client relationship management within a service delivery environment is highly desirable.
