Job summary

Teneo is expanding its European Debt Advisory team in London and seeks a Manager (Senior Associate) with an advisory, banking or chartered accountancy background to join. You will work on capital structure optimisation, debt raising and refinancing for UK and European clients.

You will lead deal execution, build financial models, and support senior colleagues in origination and market monitoring while developing multi‑jurisdiction experience.

Qualifications

• Financial modelling experience gained in advisory, banking or related finance role.
• Strong understanding of debt markets, lending agreements and covenants.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Multilingual ability (French/Dutch/Spanish/Italian) is a differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Produce slide decks and financial models for debt advisory mandates.
• Support transaction process and team collaboration.
• Help management teams prepare and challenge business plans.
• Develop financing options under senior supervision.
