Alvarez & Marsal in London is seeking an Associate Director with an advisory or banking background to join our UK team. You will work on debt advisory, refinancing and capital structure optimisation for Private Equity, corporate and infrastructure clients.

Typical projects span funding acquisitions, restructurings and covenant sensitivities, with heavy emphasis on financial modelling and client relations. The role offers a dynamic, meritocratic environment and exposure to senior client

Competenze

• Experience in debt markets from debt advisory, leveraged finance, structured finance or corporate lending is advantageous.
• Strong academic background with numeracy and financial modelling skills.
• Desire to learn and develop in a meritocratic environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Work on debt advisory, private equity and corporate client projects in London.
• Analyse financing options and capital structures.
• Prepare financial models and covenants sensitivity analyses.
• Coordinate with debt providers and advisers to execute transactions.
• Contribute to project workstreams with minimal supervision.
