Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in London is seeking an Associate for Funds Advisory Services (Restructuring). You will join a growing team delivering bespoke advisory solutions to institutional investors, fund managers, lenders and other stakeholders across the alternative asset management industry.

The role involves supporting distressed fund solutions, portfolio analyses, market research and client development, with exposure to governance reviews and complex fund situations.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CPI qualification; strong academic background.

Responsibilities

• Support replacement manager engagements with investors, lenders and governance bodies to facilitate transitions and protect asset value.
• Assist LPACs and institutional investors, supporting governance reviews and oversight of fund situations.
