Job summary

Faithworks CMA in Poole seeks a part-time Debt Adviser to provide professional debt advice and budgeting support to clients referred to our service. You will develop understanding of wider needs and signpost or refer to additional support as required, while maintaining compliance with FCA and CMA policies.

The role offers 15 hours per week across Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings, with a pro rata salary of £14.00–£14.65 per hour plus 6% pension contribution; full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing advisory roles or welfare support settings.
• Ability to learn and adapt to systems and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and partners.
