Volkswagen Group, via VWFS UK, seeks a customer service professional to handle dealer finance documents, verify details and authorise payouts. You will respond to dealer inquiries by phone, and manage data entry in internal systems with speed and accuracy.

Role requires compliance with FCA regulations, data protection awareness and the ability to work evenings and weekends. VWFS offers a strong benefits package including a discretionary bonus and pension.

Qualifications

• Full PC literacy, ability to use internal systems accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or finance environments is desirable.
• Understanding of Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act desirable.
• Strong customer focus and professional demeanour at all times.
• Ability to reason methodically and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dealer enquiries mainly by phone and provide timely information.
• Enter and verify customer and dealer data in internal systems with speed and accuracy.
• Validate customer documentation with proposal details and authorise dealer payments.
• Liaise with Customer Services and other business areas as needed.
• Maintain understanding of FCA regulations to ensure competency.
