Checkout.com seeks a Specialist, Deal Analyst to join our London Sales Operations team. You’ll support onboarding and deal processes, collaborating with Sales, Legal, Risk, Onboarding and Finance, and driving scalable improvements in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The role emphasizes autonomy, entrepreneurial drive, and a focus on customer experience, with a hybrid office model in London.

Responsibilities

• Support and adapt the execution of new processes with a focus on pace and customer experience.
• Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team and our merchants to complete the onboarding process.
• Be a creative problem solver who finds a way to meet clients’ needs while adhering to Checkout.com’s policies.
• Respond to inbound requests from the Sales team regarding onboarding or reviewing existing clients’ profiles.
• Ensure processes which mean we have accurate and up-to-date documentation related to deal structures and contracts.
• Create and review customer agreements/contracts.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, especially sales, Customer Onboarding, and Legal teams.
• Manage multiple internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service.
• Support with the onboarding of new colleagues.
• Based on the above, create impact through projects improving these processes.
