Job summary

Checkout.com in London is seeking a Specialist, Deal Analyst to join our growing Sales Operations team to support global growth. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Risk, Onboarding and Finance to streamline deal processes and enable scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated; comfortable with AI.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams (Sales, Legal, Risk, Onboarding, Finance).
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and adapt the execution of new processes with a focus on pace and customer experience.
• Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team and our merchants to complete the onboarding process.
• Be a creative problem solver who finds a way to meet clients’ needs while adhering to Checkout.com’s policies.
• Respond to inbound requests from the Sales team regarding onboarding or reviewing existing clients’ profiles.
• Ensure processes which mean we have accurate and up-to-date documentation related to deal structures and contracts.
• Create and review customer agreements/contracts
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, especially sales, Customer Onboarding, and Legal teams.
• Manage multiple internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service
• Support with the onboarding of new colleagues
• Based on the above, create impact through projects improving these processes
