Checkout.com is seeking a Specialist, Deal Analyst to join our London-based Sales Operations team to support our global growth. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Risk, Onboarding and Finance to streamline deal processes and onboarding, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across departments.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a self-starter, and comfortable with AI, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with a strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support and adapt the execution of new processes with a focus on pace and customer experience.
• Provide proactive support to the sales team and merchants to complete onboarding.
• Be a creative problem solver to meet client needs while following Checkout.com policies.
• Respond to inbound requests from the Sales team regarding onboarding or reviewing client profiles.
• Ensure documentation related to deal structures and contracts is accurate and up-to-date.
• Create and review customer agreements/contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, especially Sales, Onboarding, and Legal.
• Manage multiple internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service.
• Support onboarding of new colleagues.
