Job summary

The ideal candidate will have experience with learning disabilities or mental health challenges, a willingness to learn BSL, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with varying degrees of deafness and cultural Deaf awareness.
• British Sign Language (BSL) or willingness to learn BSL.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse client groups.
• Experience with learning disabilities and/or mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with independent living skills and emotional support.
• Monitor medications and ensure safety, privacy and dignity per policies.
