Job summary

BT Group's Global DDoS security team delivers pre-sales and in-life operational support for BT’s commercial DDoS customers, working closely with Product and Portfolio teams, Security Sales, and Protect BT to ensure world-class security solutions.

The role involves defining and implementing layered DDoS defence strategies, engaging customers to design solutions, providing 3rd line On-Call support during incidents, and creating High/Low-Level Design documentation to support delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience creating attack mitigation strategies for DDoS vectors.
• Experience with networking and security implementation, including router configurations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support.
• Engage customers to design and implement layered DDoS defenses.
• Provide 3rd Line support via On-Call during incidents.
• Create High/Low-Level Design documentation to support delivery.
