Job summary

Honeywell's Process Solutions team in Aberdeen is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver installation, maintenance, upgrades, and commissioning of DCS systems with a focus on customer satisfaction and safe service delivery.

You will travel to customer sites, support Honeywell Experion PKS and TPS/TDC300, troubleshoot complex issues, and uphold company standards while building strong relationships. Hybrid model with offshore rotations and UK travel; expenses covered.

Qualifications

5+ years in field service engineering with DCS knowledge.
Experience with Honeywell Experion PKS, TPS/TDC300 or related control systems is desirable.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills required.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

Deliver Life Cycle Service & Support (LSS) activities with safety compliance.
Install, configure, commission, upgrade, and modify Honeywell control systems.
Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and application issues; escalate as needed.
Build relationships with customers and support sales opportunities.
Ensure safe, high-quality service delivery and proper documentation.
