Job summary

Legal & General is seeking an Insurance Client Manager to join a high-performing client relationships team within a leading investment management business. You will act as a trusted point of contact for insurance clients, delivering a high-quality, responsive service and building long-term partnerships.

The role requires strong investment knowledge, client servicing experience and the ability to coordinate across teams, supporting client objectives and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment management and client service
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with external clients including senior stakeholders
• Strong investment knowledge across credit, private markets and LDI

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with insurance clients and provide high-quality service
• Coordinate responses by working with teams across the business
• Provide technical insight on investment products, client strategies and market developments
• Attend client meetings and lead operational or audit discussions when required
• Develop understanding of client objectives and identify risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver client projects and data requests
• Prepare and review client reporting and investment materials
• Support Consumer Duty by delivering good client outcomes and acting on feedback
