Job summary

Airedale by Modine seeks an experienced DC Lifecycle Manager to lead the operation079al delivery of revenues for the product life across a diverse portfolio of key contracts. The role requires strategic leadership in service operations, maintenance management, and customer relationship management within data centre environments.

You will drive regulatory compliance, safety, and operational excellence while expanding lifecycle services across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

10+ years in Data Centre HVAC, critical cooling or mission-critical environments.
Proven leadership of large-scale service/maintenance operations across sites/regions.
Strong knowledge of chillers, CRAH/CRAC, DX, AHUs, pumps, BMS and related systems.
Experience managing high-value contracts and SLAs.
Budget and P&L responsibility experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver service/maintenance across the DC market, ensuring safe, efficient, customer-focused delivery.
Develop service strategies to improve performance, satisfaction and profitability.
Oversee PP maintenance, reactive work, emergency callouts per contracts.
Drive continuous improvement and best practice, manage KPIs/SLAs.
Build and manage service partner networks across EMEA and client reviews.
