Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher Life Sciences, seeks an experienced DBSL to drive sustained performance improvements at our Newquay site. You will lead deployment of the Danaher Business System to strengthen KPIs and build capability through structured problem solving and kaizen excellence.

You will champion DBS standards, coach teams, run DBS leadership processes, and coordinate with Cytiva functions to remove barriers and enable year-over-year gains in safety, quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in process improvements using lean manufacturing methodology with project management and business process analysis.
• Proven ability to communicate across all departments and levels in a dynamic environment.
• Track record of optimizing KPIs around Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity.

Responsibilities

• Drive optimization of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity and overall performance by championing DBS across global Operations sites.
• Facilitate and lead daily, weekly and monthly L3 Operations meetings and coach site teams in DBS tools.
• Develop and sustain Policy Deployment frameworks, Bowler Charts, Action Plans and Problem Solving Processes; analyze KPIs to drive improvements.
• Manage the site DBS leadership process, coordinating with Cytiva functions to remove roadblocks and sustain gains.
• Identify and execute DBS work packages for YOY improvements using DBS tools and techniques.
• Develop a DBS roadmap for site functional areas and ongoing DBS development.
